Iulia works on the implementation of Spring Impact’s marketing and communications strategy, with the aim of equipping more organisations and funders with the knowledge and ability to successfully scale their impact. Her role is focused on building the organisation’s marketing and communications capability, increasing awareness of its services, programmes, and advocacy, and developing and executing data-driven strategies.

Iulia joined Spring Impact from Clore Social Leadership, where she led on devising and implementing marketing campaigns, events, and communication activities promoting the organisation’s leadership development programmes for leaders working in the non-profit sector.

Iulia has a First-Class Honours Degree in BA Journalism and Media Studies from Middlesex University, London.
