Grace is a Consultant for Spring Impact, supporting the delivery of national and international projects across various sectors.

Prior to Spring Impact, Grace led programme delivery, community building and communication projects at non-profits, including The Sutton Trust, The Girls’ Network and London Youth. With experience in strategic project management and inclusive facilitation, she has played a pivotal role in building authentic participation in organisational decision-making structures. In her most recent position, Grace led the expansion of The Girls’ Network’s operations by co-designing a programme of activities alongside a community of young women in England.

Grace also serves as a Trustee at Girls Rock London, a charity delivering trauma-informed music programming for young and adult women, trans, and non-binary people.
