He is a technically competent and passionate Development Practitioner with over a decade of progressive experience in conceptualising and implementing Resource Governance, Social Accountability, Advocacy and Gender Programmes. He currently works as a Senior

Technical Advisor for Resource Governance at the Joint Country Programme of Norwegian Church Aid, Christian Aid and Danish Church Aid. 

Felix is a pioneer of the Company Community Assessment (CCA) in Zambia and has led five CCAs, a process by which the relationship between companies and the communities where they work is assessed, measured and developed. He was also instrumental in the establishment of the Publish What You Pay (PWYP) scheme in Zambia and has supported CSOs in advocating for better management of the mining and extractive industry at national and regional levels. He holds a Diploma in Social work, a Bachelors in Development studies, a Master Philosophy in Environmental Law and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration.
