Adam is a Programme Manager for Spring Impact, leading and supporting the delivery of programmes, both national and international. He brings a range of programme management experience from community development, organisational development and humanitarian sectors.

Adam has supported capacity building in the UK and overseas, most recently working with community groups in the Big Local programme, managing training, networking and ad-hoc support to enable them to deliver their work. Prior to that, he had the privilege to support the work of local organisations across the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and East & Southern Africa, tackling some of the most pressing issues in their countries. Adam has an MSc in Development Studies, focused on issues of conflict and economy.
