Rachel is a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, leading the delivery of national and international projects across various sectors.

Rachel joined Spring Impact from Renaisi, a social enterprise challenging the root causes of social and economic exclusion through frontline service delivery and through research and learning support. While at Renaisi, Rachel managed a portfolio of complex and multi-year evaluations and learning partnerships for clients across the UK, focusing on preventing violence affecting children and young people, youth social action, and employment. Prior to Renaisi, Rachel worked as the Data & Insight Manager for The Access Project, where she was responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the organisation’s intervention. Her role consisted of providing relevant research and analysis to guide strategic decision-making around volunteer recruitment, programme delivery and programme design.

Rachel holds an MA in Transnational Studies from UCL and a BA in English and American Studies from the University of Nottingham. She currently sits on the Literacy Pirates Education and Impact Advisory Committee, supporting their programme in approving its approach and increasing its impact.
