Amy Ragsdale is Senior Consultant and Lean Practice Lead for Spring Impact. She leads delivery of lean impact projects – helping social impact organizations develop new solutions and pivot their work in times of extreme uncertainty and rapid change including the COVID pandemic.

A social neuroscientist by training, Amy previously studied the intersection of meditative practice, stress, and interpersonal behavior as a fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences.

Before joining Spring Impact she managed strategy and organizational design projects with consulting firm Capgemini Invent. Amy also served as co-lead for the firm’s diversity, inclusion, and equity efforts.

Amy has lived, studied, and worked in Germany and Nepal.
