Amy is a Senior Consultant for Spring Impact, leading and supporting on the delivery of projects, both national and international across a range of sectors.
Amy joined Spring Impact in 2019 after managing enterprise strategy, performance management, and organizational design engagements with consulting firm Capgemini Invent. Amy also served as co-lead for the firm’s diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts, partnering with HR to implement new paid leave policies, return to work support, and national D&I metrics. Prior to working with Capgemini Invent, Amy conducted a research fellowship with the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences where she researched the intersection of meditative practice, stress, and interpersonal behavior.
Amy has lived, studied, and worked in Germany and Nepal.
