Amy is a Director of Lean Innovation at Spring Impact, leading the Lean Scale practice. Amy specializes in helping mission-driven teams use lean impact methods to test and learn their way to financially sustainable and equitable impact at scale. Recent projects include supporting Planned Parenthood Federation of America to incubate and scale up interventions for sexual and reproductive wellbeing, partnering with Mastercard Foundation to design a Lean Innovation Fund, and training Schmidt Futures Foundation’s portfolio in skills for lean experimentation.
