Our programmes package up our expert consultancy with practical training offers and system transformation activities.

We help incorporate scale into funders’ grant-making strategies and practices and support organisations in their sector to scale up solutions sustainably.

In partnership with funders like Oak Foundation, The National Lottery Community Fund and This Day, we’ve designed and delivered 10+ multi-year programmes across 30+ countries around the world.

How it works

Our process is to assess portfolio needs and scaling context. Then design bespoke programmes which can, for example, involve support to:

  • Select high potential organisations with impactful solutions
  • Provide direct scale support to cohorts of organisations through 1-1 consultancy and training
  • Support organisations to transition from grant funding to more sustainable scalable business models
  • Convene stakeholders to achieve collective impact, working together to address barriers, catalyse movements and impact the system
  • Conduct research, share learnings and disseminate best practice to those tackling the problem
