Rosanna is a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, supporting the delivery of national and international projects across a range of sectors.
Rosanna joined Spring Impact from Prince’s Trust International, an international NGO focused on working in partnership with organisations to co-design and deliver youth education and employment programmes. During her time there, Rosanna led the scaling of projects across the Caribbean, working with governments and NGOs to do so. She later went on to oversee the work globally, supporting teams and partners across 18 countries. Rosanna also spent some of her time facilitating strategy discussions, developing the organisation’s approach to environmental sustainability, and exploring innovative finance.
Prior to that Rosanna worked in the education and youth sectors in the UK, both directly and indirectly supporting children and young people to achieve their potential.
Rosanna holds an MSc in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol and is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Eastside Community Trust, a community-based organisation in the UK.
