Alice is a Consultant at Spring Impact supporting on the delivery of projects, both national and international across a range of sectors.
Current projects at Spring Impact include working with mental health charity Mind to develop a framework to identify scalable projects within their network. Alice is also supporting IRIS, a domestic violence and abuse (DVA) training support and referral programme, to pilot their model for replication
Before joining Spring Impact, Alice worked in Research and Programme Development at a Penny Appeal. Working for the International Secretariat, Alice provided support to the international offices in implementing Penny Appeal’s global strategy, facilitating the expansion of the charity. Alice has worked with a number of small grassroots social movements, including ROSE in rural India to empower people living in extreme poverty through agriculture. Alice developed research frameworks and outreach strategies to enable the growth of this project.
BA in Geography and History, and an MA in Global Urban Justice from the University of Leeds.
