Nikesh is an experienced non-practising solicitor turned Senior Consultant at Spring Impact and supports on the delivery of projects across a range of sectors.

Nikesh joined Spring Impact after completing the On Purpose Associate programme, a 12-month leadership programme for professionals transitioning into social and environmental impact careers. During this year, Nikesh worked at NEL Healthcare Consulting, where he delivered a draft business plan to set up a company comprising of London local authorities to procure the build and service provision of two secure children’s homes in London, and at the business charity A Blueprint for Better Business, where he developed a programme to engage HR Directors of international companies around organisational purpose. Before this, Nikesh was a solicitor who specialised in defending clinical negligence claims against healthcare providers and advised on healthcare governance and data protection law.

Nikesh is passionate about understanding the systemic causes of social issues and scaling solutions to address these.
