Krisztina is a Consultant at Spring Impact, contributing to the delivery of projects across various sectors and geographies.

Before joining Spring Impact, Krisztina worked as a consultant focused on public sector and international development projects. As a management consultant at Mott MacDonald, she advanced the implementation of a national programme for the UK Department for Education. Alongside this, she drove the development of a new digital product measuring the environmental and social impacts of physical assets and investments. Later, as an analyst intern at Dalberg, Krisztina advised on refreshing the strategy of a MNC’s flagship entrepreneurship incubator programme, as well as undertook a MEL project surrounding COP28.

Krisztina holds an MSc in Economics and Strategy for Business from Imperial College London, graduating top of her class in Economics. She wrote her master’s thesis about the influence of macroeconomic factors on the prevalence of social entrepreneurship activity across countries. She holds a dual BSc in Economics and Management from the University of St Andrews.
