Laura is Head of Global Operations at Spring Impact, and she is responsible for ensuring that our organisation runs efficiently, smoothly and sustainably, working closely with the Chief Executive and Leadership team. Prior to joining Spring Impact, Laura was Director of Operations at Bonsucro, a sustainability-focused membership organisation focussing on social and environmental sustainability.

Before Bonsucro, Laura worked in the international development sector for over eleven years, where she focussed on child rights and education in Africa and Asia. Laura holds a master’s in development management, and she has worked with international charities focused on child protection, working in close collaboration with local partner organisations.
