Adam is a Consultant for Spring Impact, supporting on the delivery of projects across a range of sectors.

Adam joined Spring Impact in February 2019 after completing an MA in Human Rights Studies at Columbia University. Prior to this, Adam had worked at the British Red Cross Refugee Support Service, providing advocacy, support and advice to refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented migrants in Leicester, helping them to access their legal rights and integrate into the community.

Since joining Spring Impact, Adam has helped Comic Relief to assess the scalability of programmes in their Malaria Portfolio, and conducted research on behalf of Arts Council England to investigate the feasibility of creating a Scale Fund for arts organisations.
