Lusanda Magwape is an Associate for Spring Impact’s Scale Accelerator: Women’s Empowerment programme. She is a passionate education and youth empowerment practitioner and Founder and CEO of Dream Factory Foundation, an award-winning women-led organisation with a  mission to end the economic inequality of youth from low-income communities through holistic education. She also works as facilitator and coach serving clients such as Google, UpSkill Digital, the African Union. 

In 2015, Lusanda spearheaded the Emergent Academy, which was awarded with the Google Rise Award and the Young Women Transform prize by USAID. She has been the recipient of the 2021 South Africa Women Entrepreneurs Climate Change Awards and the 2021 Female African Youth of the Year, and as a CIVICUS member. Lusanda is a qualified Attorney and holds a masters in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town.
