As Director of Partnerships and Growth at Spring Impact, Tyler builds bridges between visionary funders, innovative nonprofits, and the communities they serve. His work helps partners turn bold ideas into sustainable, equitable impact, grounded in strategies that last.

Tyler brings two decades of experience across the social impact landscape, from neighborhood schools to global institutions. He founded Grassroots Health, a youth-led nonprofit in Washington, DC, that creates systems-level solutions to improve public school students’ health and wellbeing. Beyond that, he has guided large-scale initiatives at national and international levels, leading a global youth participation project with UNAIDS, designing capacity-building trainings across three continents, and advising on a 55 million dollar federal grant program with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

A Rhodes Scholar, Tyler earned both his PhD in Public Health and MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford. His work has taken him to global stages, including the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s national conference.

Tyler is drawn to Spring Impact because it sits right at the intersection of what he values most: bold ideas, practical solutions, and the power of partnership to drive lasting change.
