Phoebe joined Spring Impact as a Consultant in July 2025 and works across consulting and training projects to help mission-driven organisations scale their impact. She is committed to approaches that put communities at the centre, ensuring solutions are shaped by the people they are designed to serve.

Before joining Spring Impact, Phoebe worked with UK-based nonprofits including Turn2us, an anti-poverty charity, and Centrepoint, a youth homelessness charity. Her experience spans developing strategies, co-production initiatives, systems change, organisational planning, project management, and change management.

Alongside her work, Phoebe volunteers with local organisations in Hackney such as Literacy Pirates and Open Door Community Kitchen. She is a certified PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner and holds a BA in Geography and an MA in International Relations from Newcastle University.
