Corrina is the Operations Officer at Spring Impact, driving operational excellence and contributing to the organisation’s quality, productivity, and efficiency. Working closely with the Head of Global Operations, Corrina plays a pivotal role in advancing key functions across HR/People, governance, finance, and organisational systems/processes. Through proactive support and continuous improvement of these areas, Corrina helps to optimise internal operations and empower the team to deliver impact at scale.
Her most recent contributions at Spring Impact include leading the development of organisational policies such as our Safeguarding Policy and Neuroinclusion Policy, as well as her ongoing work to embed DEIJ principles across internal initiatives. Additionally, she has worked on the streamlining of internal financial reporting procedures, as well as the improvement of Spring Impact’s recruitment and onboarding processes.
Before joining Spring Impact, Corrina worked at various non-profit organisations in San Francisco and Boston, USA. She primarily worked with children experiencing houselessness or who were newcomers to the United States from Central and South America.
Corrina holds an MA in the Sociology of Childhood and Children’s Rights from University College London.
