Nirmean is a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, supporting mission-driven organisations to scale their impact across a range of sectors and geographies.

Recent projects include working across a multi-stakeholder environment to co-design a scaling strategy and model for a widows’ microfinance programme in Egypt, supporting organisations working on women’s economic empowerment in Southern Africa, and delivering Spring Impact’s Leaders of Scale training programme to multiple cohorts. Central to her approach is ensuring that partners leave with the mindsets, knowledge and tools needed to build lasting capability after their work with Spring Impact.

Nirmean joined Spring Impact after leading the Programmes and Services at Sufra NW London, a charity providing vital food aid, advice and community to people experiencing financial hardship in North West London, where she later served as a Trustee.

Nirmean holds a BSc and MSc in Sociology from the University of Surrey and the London School of Economics, and is a certified Practitioner in Agile Project Management.
