Zoltan’s work is focussed on helping mission-driven organisations achieve greater impact. He designs data-informed content and journeys grounded in real-world insight and audience needs, equipping non-profit and social impact teams with the knowledge, support, and tools to scale effectively. His expertise spans strategic communications, brand positioning, product strategy, and lean experimentation.

Before joining Spring Impact, he led growth and brand at a deep-tech mental health start-up, taking it from idea to an emotion analytics product. He has honed his lean start-up and leadership skills at Techstars Austin and studied creative advertising and brand strategy at D&AD London.
