As a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, Tim supports the delivery of national and international projects across a range of sectors. Recent work includes capacity building nonprofits, such as World Jewish Relief and IMBE, to apply lean innovation methodologies to scale their impact, and building and testing scale strategies for Lifting Limits and CyberSafeKids, two charities who are part of Spring Impact’s Preventing Childhood Sexual Violence Scale Accelerator Programme, and School Food Matters, a school food improvement charity. Additionally, Tim has delivered a range of Spring Impact’s training programmes, most recently supporting teams to scale innovative solutions within the NHS, and mental health organisations working in the Nordics.

Tim joined Spring Impact after completing the On Purpose Associate programme, a leadership programme for experienced professionals to accelerate their impact in the social and environmental sectors.  Before this Tim worked for a central London church as the social partnerships and grants lead, facilitating financial and volunteer support for over a dozen UK and international charities and managing a Trussel Trust Foodbank in south London, alongside the day-to-day responsibilities of pastoral ministry. Tim spent the first 10 years of his working life as a firefighter in the London Fire Brigade.

Tim holds a BA in Sociology from The University of Sussex.
