He is an expert in design thinking and open innovation, specializing in design sprints, co-creation workshops, scaling capabilities, and innovation lab roll-outs.
Before joining Spring Impact, Bryan worked at Chemonics International’s Impact Lab, managing innovation functions such as technical assistance, training, and upskilling, and corporate enterprise strategy across 10,000 staff in 90 countries. He began his career with the U.S. Peace Corps in Ethiopia, delivering programs in English education and HIV/AIDS prevention, and later supported World Education’s Bantwana Initiative in Zimbabwe, Eswatini, and Uganda, helping entities transition to locally owned operations.
