As a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, Alexandra supports US-based nonprofits and funders to develop innovative solutions alongside priority communities and scale initiatives that solve systemic problems. She coaches teams to become learning organizations by developing the mindsets and skills they need to bring their visions for large-scale impact to life.

Before joining Spring Impact in 2023, Alexandra led a team of evaluators at a social impact consulting firm, led community outreach for U.S. Senator Michael Bennet and led a leadership, advocacy and research-focused nonprofit in Colorado. Her areas of interest include: eliminating mental health stigma, transforming financial models for the social sector and philanthropy, and organizational learning through lean impact and scale methodologies. Alexandra is the proud daughter of immigrants from Cuba and Colombia – so, she believes strongly in building community on the dance floor.

Alexandra graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Spanish Language & Literature and a minor in Leadership Studies. She was also part of the inaugural cohort of the Transformative Leadership for Change Fellowship.
