Krishna is a Consultant at Spring Impact, where she supports mission-driven organisations to scale their impact and delivers projects across diverse sectors. She brings extensive experience in grantmaking, monitoring and evaluation, and research across the UK and India.

Before joining Spring Impact, Krishna was an Impact Officer at BBC Children in Need, where she managed a portfolio of over 50 grants, assessed funding applications, and worked closely with stakeholders to drive positive change for children and young people in London and South-East England.

Previously, she was an Assistant Research Manager at Samhita Social Ventures in Mumbai, leading large-scale evaluations and needs assessments for non-profits across education, health, skills, and livelihoods. She has also freelanced in monitoring and evaluation for organisations in India and the UK, and co-founded Impactful Giving, a philanthropic advisory firm that helps donors maximise the effectiveness of their charitable giving.
