Keesha is a Manager at Spring Impact, partnering with social sector leaders to move strategy off the page and into daily practice. Through a blend of relational leadership and collaborative design, she helps mission-driven organizations operationalize their work, build sustainable systems, and scale their impact. Her work is anchored in the belief that educational equity and access serve as the core engine for economic mobility, while her broader commitments span workplace wellness, workforce preparedness, reproductive health, and environmental justice.

Before joining Spring Impact, Keesha managed and directed multi-stakeholder consulting portfolios across philanthropy and social impact at Keecha Harris & Associates. Her background also features over 15 years in higher education administration—where she strengthened system-wide governance at the University System of Georgia, managed Georgia State University’s 10-year strategic innovation roadmap, and co-designed national leadership programs with the National Principals Association (NPA). Across every role, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, cultivating work and learning environments rooted in joy, clarity, and human connection.

Keesha holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Communications, Law, Economics, and Government) from American University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Valdosta State University, and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
