Nicola is Director of Finance and Operations at Spring Impact and she is responsible for ensuring that our organisation runs efficiently, smoothly and sustainably, working closely with the Chief Executive and Leadership team. Nicola leads on our Finance, HR/People and Systems functions, and supports our Governance processes.

Prior to joining Spring Impact in 2026, Nicola was the Finance and HR lead for The Horton Epsom, an Arts and Heritage Charity, and she was previously a Senior Consultant at The Social Investment Consultancy and a Consultant at Deloitte. Nicola is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a first class degree from the University of Oxford.
