Callum is the Programmes and Training Administrator, providing day-to-day support to ensure the effective, high-quality delivery of Spring Impact’s initiatives. He works closely across both teams to maintain administrative and digital systems while contributing to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Spring Impact’s programmes and training activities. 

Before joining Spring Impact, Callum worked across a wide range of sectors and international settings. He most recently interned at a London-based strategic communications firm, working with a new multilateral organisation on their public communications. Previously, he served as a research assistant for a public affairs firm in Jakarta, contributing to strategic communications support and policy analysis for public and third-sector clients across Indonesia. Earlier in his career, he worked as a programmes coordinator at a marine conservation NGO in Kenya, helping organise coral restoration projects in local marine protected areas. 

Callum holds a first-class degree in International Relations from the University of St. Andrews. Throughout university, he volunteered as a researcher for a youth-led climate think tank, contributing to reports on climate-linked migration and the first global stocktake of the youth climate movement.
