  • Objective: Determine the core elements that should be included in your project plan to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Project Plan Feature Checklist: Use the provided checklist to decide which features to include:
    • Decision Log: Keep track of all decisions made during the scaling process, including the reasoning behind each decision.
    • RASCI Matrix: Define roles and responsibilities using the RASCI framework, ensuring clarity on who is Responsible, Accountable, Supporting, Consulted, and Informed for each workstream.
    • GANTT Chart: Map out the timeline for each action item in your project, allowing for detailed tracking of progress.
    • Guiding Principles: Include overarching principles such as mission, impact goals, or audacious objectives to keep the project aligned with its larger purpose.
    • Action Log: Document ongoing actions, assigning responsibilities and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
