General facilitation tips

Always know what you want to achieve in each session and use this clarity to steer the conversation effectively. By anticipating possible challenges and preparing prompt questions, you can keep the discussion on track and ensure productive outcomes. Additionally, promote external perspectives by encouraging diverse viewpoints, which helps avoid groupthink and ensures that all options are considered.
