Nikesh is a Senior Consultant at Spring Impact, where he leads projects that help mission-driven organisations design strategies that achieve impact at scale. He has worked across diverse sectors and geographies.
Since joining Spring Impact in November 2020, Nikesh has led a range of projects, including:
- Supporting The Foundation for Ecological Security in India to systemise its approach to government partnerships and build its capacity to deliver on their strategic objectives at scale;
- Designing and managing the delivery of a Social Innovation Lab in Bulgaria, in which Roma and pro-Roma local leaders have collaborated to co-design and test new solutions to tackle family separation within Roma communities through a community-driven and collective approach;
- Working with YLabs in Rwanda to develop a sustainable strategy, model and implementation plan to scale CyberRwanda, a youth-centered digital platform providing confidential, age-appropriate sexual and reproductive health information, tools, and services;
- Delivering Spring Impact’s Leaders of Scale training programme to multiple international cohorts, with participants ranging from Yemen to Malawi.
Before joining Spring Impact, Nikesh was a solicitor who specialised in clinical negligence litigation and advised healthcare providers on mental health law, governance and data protection in the UK. Nikesh holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Imperial College London and an LLB in Law from the University of Law.
