Grace has been a Consultant at Spring Impact since May 2023, leading consulting, training, and communications projects across various sectors and geographies.
Recent work includes capacity building nonprofits such as the Refugee Council and World Jewish Relief to apply lean innovation to scale refugee inclusion initiatives, and building and testing scale strategies for Rice Marketing, Sustain, and Chefs in Schools to expand their work improving health and food systems. Across all her work, Grace is interested in exploring how scaling can challenge and reshape traditional systems of power.
Prior to joining Spring Impact, Grace held diverse roles across programme design, delivery, and strategic communications at UK-based nonprofits such as The Sutton Trust, The Girls’ Network, and London Youth. She also served as a trustee for Spark The Noise, a grassroots music charity supporting young LGBTQIA+ people.
Grace holds a first-class History degree from University College London.
