Gabriel Lester is a Training Programmes Officer at Spring Impact, where he leads the delivery of high-quality learning experiences that help mission-driven organisations scale their impact. He has played a key role in managing and delivering Spring Impact’s training programmes, as well as designing bespoke training for specific organisations.

Gabriel’s training and consultancy work has focused primarily on organisations working with children, young people and families, as well as in the public health space. He has delivered online training across Europe, Africa and the US and is particularly experienced in supporting participants to apply practical tools for scale in their own contexts.

Before joining Spring Impact, Gabriel worked as a human-centred designer at UK Youth, where he co-designed grant programmes, professional development offers, and systems change initiatives. He also has experience in strategic design, helping organisations streamline processes and embed more intentional ways of working.

Gabriel holds a first-class degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham. He brings over a decade of experience in the youth sector and continues to volunteer with organisations supporting young refugees. His commitment to social justice and belief in the power of scalable solutions underpin everything he does.
