Ruth is a law firm operational leader with a background in both the practice of law and business services leadership roles at International and West End law firms.

Ruth particularly enjoys advising on change management and digital transformation and has led a large number of HR, Risk, Finance and Facilities, and Marketing projects. In addition, Ruth has experience in project and programme management, managing teams, and developing firm strategy.

Outside of work, Ruth has a keen interest in theatre, both on stage through amateur dramatics and as a keen visitor to plays and musicals.
