Ellen Hunter is the Founder and CEO of Impactive, a firm whose mission is racial equity. She specializes in racial equity strategy, learning solutions, and leadership development. Impactive works with leaders in the corporate and non-profit sectors to build their analysis of systems and power, skills, and networks needed to transform their organizations and influence others.

In addition, Ellen has an extensive background in strategy consulting in the international non-profit sector. She was previously a Principal at Boston Consulting Group. Ellen has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Brown University.
