Christina Garcia is the Founder & Principal of Christina Garcia Consulting, a boutique consulting group.
Christina partners with philanthropy and nonprofits, specialising in the design and curation of spaces and experiences that promote authentic, inclusive collaboration, and centre equity, and encourage reflective learning and strategy development. She is an expert at connecting an organisation’s mission, values, strategy and implementation to increase social impact and sustainability. Christina’s work is grounded in her passion for social justice, equity, and inclusion, the bedrock of all meaningful solutions. Prior to launching her practice, Christina worked for over 20 years as a transformational cross-sector leader to deliver and scale effective workforce, economic development, and affordable housing programs and policies. Christina has an interdisciplinary Peace and Conflict Studies degree from UC Berkeley, is a 2018 Coro Women in Leadership alumni, and a 2015 Presidio Institute Cross Sector Leadership Fellow. When she’s away from a screen and “work,” she finds her joy and replenishes it by practising yoga, enjoying the land with her dog, cooking, and laughing…a lot.
