Husk Power Systems, based in India, uses rice husk (a waste product), to generate electricity  in Northern India and East Africa which they offer as a flexible ‘pay-as-you-go’ energy service. We partnered with Husk Power to scale and improve the quality of their network. Our work with Husk Power Systems was funded by the Shell Foundation.
