Mission to Scale: New Spring Impact podcast

Dan Berelowitz, Spring Impact CEO & Founder talks to brilliant leaders from around the world about what it takes to make a dent in the world’s social problems – at scale

Spring Impact have launched Mission to Scale, a new podcast revealing the tools, mindsets, and strategies nonprofit organisations and funders need – to make the most impact. The podcast is produced in partnership with the Hueman Group Media.

As the world’s problems accelerate, so should our solutions. Mission to Scale provides a unique insight into scaling impact within the social sector, helping social leaders to better understand how to increase their reach and efficiency, so they meet the size of the solutions they’re tackling.

The first series features 16 brilliant leaders from around the world – including Anne-Marie Slaughter, CEO of New America and former Director of Policy Planning for the United States Department of State, Bart Houlahan, Co-Founder of B-lab, Ann Mei Chang, CEO of Candid and author of Lean Impact, and more – who have shared their key insights and experiences on pursuing change at scale.

From creating lean strategy to understanding more about intrinsic motivation, each episode is designed to help listeners take the guesswork out of changing more lives. Episode topics range from movement building and collaboration, to using business as a force for good, and understanding how to achieve inclusive and equitable scale.

The podcast is hosted by Dan Berelowitz, Spring Impact CEO & Founder, who founded Spring Impact in 2011 based on his experiences starting and working across a range of social sector organisations, and his frustration at seeing them not scale up.

At Spring Impact, Dan has developed scaling and implementation plans for over 300 partners from Oxfam, GlaxoSmithKline, Nike Foundation, Population Services International, and Big Lottery to non-profits and social enterprises with huge potential to change more lives. He is a a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum, a Clore Social Leadership Fellow and is a Rothschild Fellow at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
