Join our UK team as a Senior Manager. You’ll be a leader in our consulting team across the UK and US, helping clients and partners build the strategies and tools they need to scale their impact.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead projects. Own a portfolio of complex consulting projects from scoping to delivery, making sure they hit quality, impact and financial goals.
• Build client relationships. Act as a trusted thought partner to client leaders, offering coaching and support on their scale journey.
• Assure quality. Hold high standards across projects and review the team’s work.
• Grow the business. Spot new opportunities, lead proposals and pitches, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop our methodology. Create new tools and frameworks, and turn project learning into case studies.
• Manage and develop people. Line manage team members, shape the consulting team’s culture, and support the Consulting Practice Director with resourcing, recruitment and finances.
• Represent Spring Impact. Speak at events and webinars, lead training on scaling, and contribute to work across marcomms, programmes and our academy.
