Steve is a Director for Spring Impact, leading on the delivery of projects, both national and international, across a range of sectors.

Steve joined Spring Impact in November 2018 after spending almost five years with the Prince’s Trust, initially managing the design of the organisation’s support for young people in education and then leading the replication of education, economic empowerment and enterprise programmes internationally. This involved working directly with partners in India, Pakistan and Jordan, building their capacity to implement programme models and collaborating to develop project plans and fundraising strategies.

Prior to this, Steve had led programme delivery in the international and sports development sectors with READ International and Street League.
