Rosalind is a Managing Consultant at Spring Impact, leading on a range of projects both national and international.

She joined Spring Impact in 2022 and has twenty years of experience in the UK Civil Service working in government and in conjunction with a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders. Her work has primarily been to lead aspects of major infrastructure projects which have been complex, high-profile and high-risk. As a Senior Civil Servant she specialised in programme set-up and programme management, governance, organisational design and team leadership.

She is a Chartered Project Professional with the Association for Project Management.
