Misha is an Analyst for Spring Impact, supporting on the delivery of projects, both national and international across a range of sectors.
Misha joined Spring Impact in 2017, prior to which she worked as the Marketing and Business Strategy Associate for Shenomics, a social enterprise based in Bangalore, India. As part of this role, she worked with various clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to address the cultural and structural barriers Indian women face in the workforce.
Since joining Spring Impact Misha has worked on a range of projects, including working with Springboard Collaborative to develop a strategy and replication model for scaling the impact of its out-of-school literacy intervention. Other notable projects include working in the Design Stage of replication with Welcoming America and assisting the Argidius Foundation with a research project around Scale Technical Assistance for SGBs.
While growing operations and impact for Shenomics, Misha was also an IDEX Accelerator program fellow. As a fellow, she concentrated on social enterprises, “intrapreneurship” within existing organizations, and bringing impact to scale.
Misha she has lived, studied and worked, across the US, England and Switzerland.
B.A. from Boston University in International Relations focusing on Foreign Policy and Security Studies, as well as a minor in Business Administration and Management.
