Laura is a Senior Consultant for Spring Impact, leading and supporting on the delivery of projects, both national and international across a range of sectors. She joined Spring Impact in February 2019.
Current projects at Spring Impact include working with The Health Foundation to deliver the Exploring Social Franchising programme, and supporting PROMPT Maternity Foundation to systemise and validate their replication model to reduce preventable harm to mothers and babies during childbirth through the National Health Service.
Laura joined Spring Impact from BRAC, an international development organisation serving over 110 million people worldwide. At BRAC, Laura worked on programme design; taking models tested in Bangladesh and facilitating their replication and adaptation to new contexts in East and West Africa. Prior to BRAC, Laura led operations at Nisolo, a startup social enterprise in Peru, and managed Agora Partnerships’ Accelerator, supporting the growth of over 50 social enterprises creating impact in different sectors across Latin America.
As well as Peru and the UK, Laura has worked and studied in France, Spain, Switzerland, and Nicaragua.
