Cho is Spring Impact’s US Director.  As Director, Cho is responsible for developing and leading the US office’s strategy and operations, as well as overseeing a portfolio of domestic and international projects.

Cho joined Spring Impact in 2015, bringing with her experience in managing partnerships and scaling growth with social impact organisations.

Prior to joining the organisation, Cho has led on a range of projects, including implementing sustainable urban reform plans in Mexico, helping expand financial literacy programmes in India, and conducting new market research with education microfinancing  programmes.

Cho’s previous experience also includes working to systemise corporate engagement programs at Teach for America and developing and growing accounts with the National Football League and its sponsors while at BDA.

Education/Qualifications:

  • BA in International Business from University of Washington
  • Masters in International Policy focused on poverty alleviation from Stanford University
