Glenn is a banking and finance associate in the Charlotte office of a large international law firm, where he advises a broad range of financial institutions in the structuring and negotiation of securitization transactions.  In addition to working as a legal advisor for the U.S. branch of ICSF, Glenn also has provided pro bono assistance to a range of individuals and organizations, including the drafting of wills for seniors and the development of governance documents for an organization promoting financial literacy for young girls.

 

Glenn holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an AB in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating summa cum laude.  He is passionate about issues impacting education and families with special needs children.
