Emma leads Accenture’s Management Consulting Health and Public Service practice in the UK and Ireland. She works across a number of client accounts and sectors including postal, human services, health and home affairs, typically leading on large scale transformational work. Emma has been a Managing Director since 2008.

Emma has spent the majority of her time since joining the company in 2001 working with the UK Government. Her clients have included the Department of Work and Pensions, HM Revenue & Customs, UK Border Agency, Ministry of Justice, Royal Mail, the NHS and the West Midlands Police. She is passionate about improving public services and has led work to transform systems and processes across the public sector including Magistrates Courts, UK borders and NHS Trusts.

Emma is also a lead facilitator for Accenture’s Innovation Centre in London, leading Board level workshops for clients across retail, insurance, high tech, engineering and the third sector. She has also been part of Accenture’s Global Women’s Leadership Board.
