We are looking for an Office Manager to join our UK team.

We support these organisations through a mix of consulting, coaching and training.

About the role

We are looking for an Office Manager to:

  • Coordinate small projects to completion
    • Supporting others to progress new business opportunities
    • Recruiting new staff
    • Implementing organisational change
  • Steward internal processes such as staff appraisals, pipeline management and operational reporting
  • Support our programmes and consulting work
    • Collecting M&E data
    • Set up new projects
    • Proofreading materials
  • Organise and support events
    • Meeting coordination
    • Recording minutes
  • Maintain IT systems

Key details:

  • Salary: £30,721 – £33,166
  • Location: London – The post holder will be expected to spend a a minimum of one day per week in the UK office
  • Closing: 5:00pm, 5th Aug 2022 BST
